Three ways to work with us
Event Launch pack, £750 one off
A six week campaign built around your on sale date or your event weekend. We produce the creative, write the copy, set up the targeting and hand you a scheduled calendar of posts. You fund the ad spend directly. Best used in the six weeks before the event, or the fortnight around advance ticket launch.
Season Support, £450 a month, minimum three months
Ongoing social content, one monthly email to your supporter list, submission to the event calendars that matter in this sector, and a short monthly report. Suits an event that has an audience already and needs it kept warm.
Full Season Partner, £750 a month, minimum four months
Everything above, plus managed paid social, a dedicated event landing page and proper reporting on what each pound produced. Suits a show with a genuine growth target.
Add-on
Your event, covered as it happens
A campaign gets people to the gate. An on-site media team turns the day itself into content, while it is still happening.
We send an editorial team from Dispatches Magazine to shoot, interview, edit and publish on site. Live coverage during the event, and a content library for next year's campaign.
Where we would actually spend your money
We will tell you this for nothing, because being straight about it is how we win the work.
Facebook is where this community lives. Societies, vehicle clubs, traders and visitors all organise there. Groups and event pages carry more weight than paid advertising, and a well run event page will outperform a budget three times its size. LinkedIn is worthless to you. TikTok is a distraction unless somebody on your committee genuinely enjoys making the videos.
Your own list beats everything. If you have three years of advance ticket buyers sitting in a spreadsheet, emailing them is the highest return thing you can possibly do and it costs almost nothing. We would start there before spending a penny on advertising.
Print and digital are not separate. The artwork from your leaflet becomes the social creative, which becomes the email header, which becomes the banner. Doing them together costs less than doing them apart, which is the main argument for using one supplier.
Ad spend
We recommend you pay the platforms directly with your own card. It keeps the spend visible to your committee, it avoids us funding your campaign, and there is no handling charge. If you would rather we managed it, we bill spend at cost plus 15%.
