The standard event leaflet. Goes in tourist information centres, museums, club newsletters, other people's shows and members' pockets. It needs to survive three months in a rack and still read clearly from two feet away.
Print more than you think
Look at the price break. Doubling from 2,500 to 5,000 adds £60, not £120. The expensive part is setting the job up, not running the paper through. Running out in April costs far more than a few hundred spare in October.
Why 170gsm, and why your treasurer will care
170gsm silk feels substantial, survives a leaflet rack, and stays under the 250gsm threshold where HMRC starts treating printed matter as standard rated. These leaflets are zero rated for VAT, which matters if your club, society or charity cannot reclaim it. A 300gsm version feels marginally nicer and would cost you 20% more.
Two things would lose the relief: a tear off discount voucher, or use as an admission ticket. If you need either, use the enquiry form and we will price it properly.
